Nexify Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Bound mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
On iOS, we may ask for permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising measurement. You can allow or deny this permission in the system prompt. If you deny tracking, we and our partners may still receive limited data for analytics and aggregated advertising measurement as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
We may request access to your photo library for milestones, "Things I Love," or panic customizations. Photos are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload images to our servers; we store only local file paths needed for App functionality.
If you enable notifications, we collect and use a device push token to deliver reminders and service-related messages you opt into. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share limited information with advertising and analytics partners (such as device identifiers, usage events, and conversion events) to measure ad performance, attribute installs and purchases, and improve our marketing. Where required, we obtain your consent (for example, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS).
We and our partners (including Meta and TikTok) may collect and use app events such as app installs, app opens, account registration, paywall interactions, and subscription or purchase events to understand how users discover and use Bound and to measure the effectiveness of our ads.
On iOS, you can control tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You may also limit ad personalization through your device and platform settings.
Where applicable, we process personal data based on: performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (improving the App, security, analytics, and advertising measurement), consent where required (such as tracking permissions and optional notifications), and legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the App. You may request account deletion at getnexifylabs@gmail.com. Some information may be retained as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for legitimate business purposes (such as aggregated analytics).
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
